Passengers travelling with Twin Jet are required to complete check-in procedures
at the airport prior to departure in order to receive their boarding pass and
proceed to security and boarding.
Online Check-in
Twin Jet does not provide an online
check-in service. All passengers must check in in person at the airport.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are
available at all departure airports served by Twin Jet. Counters open 1 hour
before scheduled departure and close 20 minutes prior to departure. Passengers
must present valid identification and travel documents at the counter to obtain
their boarding pass.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in kiosks are not available for Twin Jet flights.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special
assistance, including those with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must
notify the airline in advance. Assistance is provided at the airport upon prior
arrangement.
