» Lost and Found
Passengers travelling with Twin Jet who lose personal belongings during their
journey can seek assistance through the airline or the relevant airport
authorities. Lost property may occur on board the aircraft or within airport
facilities, and must be reported promptly at the arrival location for proper
handling.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must report lost items
to Twin Jet staff or the airport’s lost and found office at the arrival airport.
Reports should include flight details, travel date, and a clear description of
the missing item to support identification and recovery.
Onboard
Items
Items left on board Twin Jet aircraft are handled by the
airline or its appointed ground handling agents. Passengers should provide their
seat number and any relevant travel information when making an enquiry to
facilitate item tracing.
Checked Baggage Issues
For checked baggage that is delayed, lost, or damaged, passengers must report
the issue immediately upon arrival at the airport baggage services desk. A
Property Irregularity Report (PIR) will be issued, including a reference number
required for baggage tracking and claims processing. This document must be
retained until the case is resolved.
Item Collection
Recovered items are returned through the airport or the designated handling
agent. Passengers are required to present valid identification and supporting
documentation, including the PIR reference number where applicable. Items not
claimed within the holding period set by the airport authority may be
transferred according to local lost property procedures, and collection
arrangements must be coordinated directly with the relevant office.
