Online Check-in

Uzbekistan Airways offers online check-in on eligible flights through its website. Online check-in opens 23 hours and 55 minutes before departure. It closes 2 hours before departure for international flights and 1 hour before departure for domestic flights. Online check-in is not available for certain passenger categories, including travellers requiring special assistance, passengers travelling with animals, and bookings containing infants.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available throughout the Uzbekistan Airways network. For most international flights, check-in opens 3 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before departure. At selected international airports, including Kuala Lumpur, London, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Dubai, Seoul, New York, Rome and Milan, check-in closes 1 hour before departure. Domestic flight check-in closes 30 minutes before departure.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks for boarding pass printing are available at selected airports where airport facilities support the service. Passengers who have completed online check-in may use eligible kiosks to print a paper boarding pass when required.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or specific medical needs, must contact the airline in advance. These passengers are required to complete check-in at the airport to allow the necessary travel arrangements and documentation checks to be completed.
