Passengers traveling with Vietnam Airlines can complete check-in through online
services, airport self-service kiosks, or staffed airport counters. These
methods enable travelers to obtain boarding passes and complete required
pre-departure procedures before proceeding to security screening and boarding.
Online / Mobile Check-in
Vietnam Airlines provides online and mobile check-in from 24 hours up to 1 hour
before departure. Passengers can select seats and obtain boarding passes.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at major airports for boarding pass and
baggage tag printing.
Airport Counter Check-in
Counters open 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic
flights. Counters close 50 minutes before domestic departures and 60 minutes
before international departures.
Special Assistance
Dedicated counters handle passengers requiring assistance, including those with
medical conditions, reduced mobility, and other special requirements.
