Viva Check-in Information

Passengers flying with Viva must complete check-in procedures prior to departure in order to obtain their boarding pass and proceed through security and boarding.

Online Check-in

Viva provides online check-in via its website and mobile platform. Online check-in opens 10 days before scheduled departure and remains available until 70 minutes before departure for most flights. Passengers can select seats, add services, and download or print their boarding pass.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by Viva. Counters open 3 hours before scheduled departure. Closing times are as follows:

- Domestic flights: 45 minutes before departure
- International flights: 60 minutes before departure

Passengers who have not completed online check-in must check in at the airport counter and present valid travel documents.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are available at limited airports in Mexico. These kiosks allow passengers to check in and print boarding passes where available.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including reduced mobility support or medical assistance, must notify Viva in advance. Assistance is provided at the airport to support check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
