Passengers traveling with Wizz Air must complete check-in in advance of
departure to obtain a valid boarding pass and proceed through security control
and boarding.
Online / Mobile Check-in
Wizz Air operates a fully digital check-in system through its website and mobile
application. Passengers can check in within the allocated time window based on
their seat selection status and download boarding passes directly to their
devices.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are not widely implemented across Wizz Air’s network.
Passengers are required to complete check-in online prior to arrival at the
airport and present a valid boarding pass in digital or printed format.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport counter check-in is available at selected airports and may involve
additional fees. Staff assist with document verification and boarding pass
issuance for passengers who have not completed online check-in.
Special Assistance
Wizz Air provides support for passengers requiring special assistance, including
those with reduced mobility or medical conditions. Assistance must be requested
in advance to ensure availability of appropriate services at the airport.
