Transit through Haiti does not require a visa if travelers do not plan to leave the international transit area. However, visitors from Colombia, Cuba, Panama, and the Dominican Republic are exempted from the visa-free policy. They can enter visa-free for 3 months if they possess a valid United States, Canadian, or Schengen visa or a resident permit.

Additionally, all non-Haitian passport holders must pay a tourist fee of US$10 upon arrival.
