Transit Without Visa (TWOV) applies to travelers passing through the international transit area of Beirut International Airport to board a connecting flight or continue on the same flight to an international destination without clearing immigration.

However, this does not apply to:

• Travelers holding stand-by or refundable tickets

• Citizens of the following 14 jurisdictions:

• Afghanistan
• Bangladesh
• Burundi
• DR Congo
• Eritrea
• Ethiopia
• Kosovo

• Liberia
• Myanmar
• Nepal
• North Korea
• Pakistan
• South Sudan
• Sri Lanka

To obtain this visa, it must be applied for at least 2 days before the trip. This requires submitting a copy of a visa or residence permit related to the country of destination along with the airline ticket.
