Transit through Liberia without a visa is permissible as long as travelers have no intention of exiting the international transit area.

Additionally, if travelers originate from a country without diplomatic representation from Liberia, a visa may be issued upon necessary request. This requires the transporting carrier to send a telex message to the station manager in Monrovia. Once confirmation is received from the station manager and a copy of the telex confirmation is attached to the ticket, travelers are allowed to board.

Taiwan passport holders have the option to obtain a Visa on Arrival; however, they must submit their applications via email before arrival.
