Transit through Ukraine without the need for a visa is permitted for individuals who do not plan to exit the international transit area. Transit Visa, denoted by letter B, is provided to foreign citizens and stateless individuals for passage through Ukraine to a third destination, as well as for cargo and vehicle passenger transit.

Transit visas, available in single, double, and multiple entry options, are issued for the duration specified in supporting documents, typically not exceeding one year unless specified differently by International Agreements of Ukraine. Each transit through Ukraine's territory must not surpass five days.
