Passengers flying with Georgian Airways are required to complete check-in procedures before departure in order to obtain their boarding pass and proceed through security and boarding at Tbilisi International Airport or other departure airports within the airline’s network.

Online Check-in

Georgian Airways provides online check-in via its official website. Online check-in opens 24 hours before scheduled departure and closes 1 hours prior to departure. Passengers who complete online check-in can download or print their boarding pass, or receive a mobile boarding pass where available.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by Georgian Airways. Counters open 3 hours before scheduled departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure for international flights. Passengers must present valid travel documents, including passport and any required visas, to receive their boarding passes and complete document verification.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are not available for Georgian Airways flights. All airport check-in procedures are handled at staffed counters.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including reduced mobility support, medical assistance, or other services, must notify Georgian Airways in advance of travel. Assistance is coordinated at the airport upon request to ensure safe and accessible boarding and arrival procedures.
