request assistance in locating and recovering their items. Lost property may
occur on board the aircraft or within airport facilities such as
Tbilisi
International Airport. Passengers must report missing items promptly to the
appropriate authority for proper handling.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must report lost items
to the relevant authority based on where the item was misplaced. Items lost
within airport terminals must be reported directly to the airport’s lost and
found office. Items lost on board Georgian Airways flights must be reported to
the airline or its ground handling agent. Reports must include flight details,
travel date, and a clear description of the item.
Onboard Items
Items left on board the aircraft are collected by the airline’s ground
handling agents after each flight. Passengers must provide information such as
seat number, cabin class, and item description to assist in identification and
retrieval. Recovery is subject to confirmation by the handling team.
Checked Baggage Issues
For checked baggage that is
delayed, lost, or damaged, passengers must report the issue immediately upon
arrival at the airline’s baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report
(PIR) is issued with a reference number for tracking purposes. This document is
required for baggage tracing and any subsequent claims. Handling of baggage

Passengers must present valid identification and relevant reference details,
such as flight information or PIR number, to collect their belongings. Unclaimed
